Consultants earn a 20% commission from all their sales, and then have the opportunity to earn more as they advance.
There are two opportunities to increase your commission rate:

1. Sales ~ Reach your first $10,000 in sales and your commission increases to 25%. Earn an additional commission point for every consecutive $10,000 sold.
2. Recruiting ~ For every 5 consultants you recruit that sign up with Bella Donna Couture, your commission rate increases 1%.

Your commission rate can continue to increase up to 50% of your sales.

As your recruits sell you earn more income. After signing 3 recruits you qualify for our downline commission plan. Whenever a team member you signed under you sells $1000 retail in BDC product, you will earn a $50 commission check. Commissions are based on monthly sales totals. If one of your team sells $2,000 in a month, you would receive a $100 commission check for that consultants sales.

BDC has no minimum sales quotas to meet. You own your business and operate it at your own pace.
